There is no doubt in my mind that we are not the biggest clients which the PR firm has but the way that they treat us would suggest otherwise. The customer service which this company has displayed for us has been remarkable and we honestly do feel like their most important client.

Creativity

A large part of why we chose this firm was because during our initial meeting they were so passionate in terms of speaking about their ideas and the way in which they wanted to go with our company, and that level of creativity really blew us away. As it turns out, getting a job here is notoriously difficult and much of that is down to the fact that they will only hire the very best, especially when it comes to their creative team. This is something that really shows and it is clear that they think outside of the box and push the envelope when it comes to their creativity.

They Get You and Your Market

The issues which I have had in the past with PR firms has been because they didn’t understand us as clients or our marketplace. This is something which is massively important as you can’t approach marketplaces in different sectors and industries in the same way, you have to learn how to deliver the right message to each different sector. In terms of Interdependence PR, this is something which they do understand and this was clear from the very beginning that they know how to deliver the message and present our business in our own niche, in the right way which makes the biggest waves.
