5) A Great pedometer

I’ve tried multiple pedometers over the years and honestly the best one that works for me is Fitbit. Whereas I like a lot of other models out there, the Fibit app is simply the best and most intuitive of all. I know that tracking calories and steps and miles is nothing more than a vanity metric, but for me it does the trick.
