Mattresses cost a significant amount of money, so chances are you’re not eager to have to buy a new bed anytime soon. However, your bed may be exactly why your bed is hurting. Sleeping on a poor quality mattress will start to give you back pain over time.
Not only will your back troubles go away if you buy yourself a new mattress, but you’ll probably find that you sleep better overall. Even though the cost of a new mattress may be a significant investment, it will be well worth it when your back pain is gone, and you’re sleeping more.
